Dimitar Pavlov
AgronomistDimitar Pavlov is a graduate of Agronomy at the Agricultural University - Plovdiv. He worked for a number of Bulgarian wineries, where he had the opportunity to learn from big names in French agronomy. He has broad experience in dealing with large vineyards, as well as in the production of planting material. He joined Midalidare in 2012 for 3 years and returned in early 2021. Each vine has a particular destiny at the vineyards, he says, and admits his admiration for Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec.
